LUXD Ventures
A partner for the product you are trying to build.
For founders with a digital product idea and a problem worth understanding. LUXD Ventures explores where William’s design and delivery experience could help.
Early-stage offering
A partnership
starts with fit.
A product partnership means agreeing how to work together on a product, with clear contributions and responsibilities. It can begin with research, a prototype or a defined delivery phase.
This is an early-stage offering. No portfolio of ventures, investment fund or standard equity arrangement is being claimed. Fees, ownership and any other terms are agreed for each proposal.
Who it is for
Founders who can explain the problem, share what they have tested and take part in product decisions. Useful starting points include a new product, a prototype needing direction or an existing service ready for a digital version.
Start with the problem
Explain who the product is for, what you have learned and where you need help. William reviews the enquiry and discusses whether a conversation would be useful.
Explore the fit
Discuss the idea, the evidence, the practical constraints and what each party could contribute. A first conversation does not commit either side.
Agree the proposal
If there is a fit, define scope, responsibilities, decision-making, intellectual property and commercial terms in a written proposal before work starts.
Build and review
Use agreed milestones to test assumptions and decide whether to continue, change direction or stop. The arrangement depends on the product and the people involved.
